When you plan a trip to some new place you should be familiar with the map of particular location, same thing applies for any goal of your life.
In the Yoga sutras, we are introduced to “Samadhipada”: the ultimate goal we want to reach.
Yoga teaches us that if you want to achieve anything in your life you have to be familiar with that achievement, like how would it feel when you reach to that achievement?, are you even capable enough to handle that specific thing , ? if not then what are the missing qualities or requirement.
And then comes Sadhanapada: it consists of disciplined and guided pathway of practices we should follow and also their respective outcomes. “The foundation of Sadhana is discipline” if one walks on that foundation, he will definitely reach to that summit, which is not yet visible from here.
